First of all why would you want to in the first place?.
I need a radio for the work frequency so i need to know if i should modify this one or buy another radio

i havent heard of any way to do that, if you want to use other bends be better/cheaper for you in the long run to get a Fcall ham lic and enjoy other bannds legaly.

Does any one know if it is possible to transmit on receive only channels on a GME Electrophone TX 4400 if so how would you go about doing this?
